Once upon a time a man named Gangadhara lived in a village named ganga Nagar. He was very rich and religious person. One day he decided to build a temple in his village. He arranged wood and other materials for the temple building. Then he hired some skilled workers for this.
One day a group of monkeys came to that village. They reached the temple site and started playing with every thing they saw. In the meanwhile, the workers came and shouted. By seeing them all the monkeys left the site except one young monkey named Bangaru. He got hide in a bush and seeing workers from a there. After sometime, they left for lunch.
Then, Bangaru came out from the bushes and went again to the site. He started to jump on everything and started playing. He saw a half teared log had a wedge fixed in its Centre. Curious to know what the wedge was meant for, Bangaru started to pull the wedge with his full power. But unable to pull it out. Then, he sat on the log and pulled it with all his power. Finally the wedge came off and the half teared log got closed.
Bangaru yelled out in pain, because his tail was trapped in the rift of log. He couldn’t extricate his tail out of the closed wood. He cried due to pain. By hearing his yelling, the workers came and rescue him. But it was late. Bangaru lost his tail.
It isn’t wise to poke our nose in others work.
